Day 9
Today I started my new eating plan...I feel really hungry right now, so I will have to add something to what I allow myself for an afternoon snack so that I dont end up buying junk from the vending machine... I also want to get on my exercise bike at home...wish me luck! I

eating veggies seems to really help you when all you can think about is food. good luck on your challenge. I like your entries.
vegies and water...lame and boring at first...but it gets easier. water really fills you up when you're not really hungry but just "hungering" for something. good luck and beautiful page! :)
